Mark Johnson

Senior Associate Trainer and Course Advisor, Mark Johnson is a well-known industry professional in the world of luxury service and butler services.

As a native of the United States Mark has traveled the world sharing his service skills in luxury 5-star resort hotels on four continents; including Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. Mark’s career encompasses private corporate consulting in Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the United States as well as in private service to international financiers, authors and celebrities, Fortune 100 company executives and private families.

Having studied with Magnums Academy, Mark is well known for guiding students with his attention to detail and his wealth of knowledge from private service and serving as a general manager for a luxury boutique retreat in New Mexico.  Utilizing his traditional butler training and skills, a sense of humour and his hands-on management of private estates, Mark brings a candor and unique insight in to the world of luxury service. 7 Star Service Standards implementation and guidance are the basis of all Mark’s training and hands-on service approach.
