How long does it take to complete training?
Our flagship 7 Star Butler Service program is an intensive 5-day course. The Magnums Method™ offers flexible timing (typically 3-6 months), while custom corporate programs are tailored to your schedule. Diamond Level is 3 days for experienced butlers.
Where is training delivered?
We deliver training globally! Programs can be conducted at your location (hotels, yachts, estates) or at our Queensland, Australia training facility. We've trained teams across 6 continents.
What's included in the training fee?
All programs include comprehensive training materials, Magnums Method™ Digital Learning Boxes, hands-on practical sessions, individual certifications, exclusive 7 Star Service™ lapel pins, and 90-day follow-up support.
Is certification internationally recognized?
Yes! Magnums Academy certification is recognized globally. Our 7 Star Service™ standard and IAMI GUEST accreditation are respected by luxury hotels, superyachts, and private estates in over 40 countries.
Can I advance to higher certification levels?
Absolutely! Our progressive accreditation system allows you to advance from 7 Star to Bronze (6 months service), Silver (1 year), Gold (2+ years), Crystal Gold, and ultimately Diamond Level based on experience and demonstrated excellence.
What's the Magnums Method™?
The Magnums Method™ is our proprietary training system developed over 30+ years. It combines traditional British butler service with modern luxury hospitality techniques, using Digital Learning Boxes, blended learning approaches, and personalized trainer guidance.
Do you offer job placement assistance?
While we don't guarantee placement, our extensive industry network and respected certification significantly enhance employment opportunities. Many graduates secure positions with 5-star hotels, luxury yachts, and private estates. We provide career guidance and connections.
What's the difference between hotel and yacht training?
While both programs teach core luxury service principles, yacht training (Magnums LYS) addresses unique challenges like confined spaces, 24/7 operations, maritime protocols, and the specific dynamics of charter vs. private yacht service. It's IAMI GUEST accredited.
Can we customize training for our property?
Yes! Our Custom Corporate Programs are designed specifically for your property's needs. We integrate your brand standards, guest profile, and service objectives into a tailored curriculum. This is ideal for hotels, resorts, and organizations training multiple team members.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms vary by program. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking with the balance due upon completion. Custom corporate programs may have different arrangements. Contact us for specific pricing and payment options.
