All purchases made outside of Australia are GST-free.

Magnums Academy Pty Ltd is not responsible for any import taxes or import levies charged by the country of receipt of any goods purchased through the Magnums Academy website.

Should any program registration be canceled at the request of the student a fee shall apply as follows:
• Cancellation up to 3 months’ notice prior to program date – no fee but any fees that have been incurred for service fees, transfer fees and currency exchange will be deducted accordingly.
• Cancellation prior to 14 days of the program date will incur a flat administration fee of EUR 100 plus any fees that have been incurred for transfer fees, currency exchange and service fees and will be deducted from the refund payable.
• Cancellation 14 days or with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of the program, no refund will be available as expenses will have already been incurred by Magnums Academy & Magnums LYS. No administration fee will be incurred.
