COMPETENCIES
Participants will master essential skills including designing comprehensive training courses that meet 7 Star Service Butler standards, planning effective program delivery for both full and condensed formats, and developing clear, impactful communication techniques. The program also covers strategies for addressing learning obstacles, conducting engaging training sessions, implementing coaching methodologies, creating meaningful evaluation tools, and taking part in peer assessment with constructive feedback.
THE 7 STAR SERVICE PHILOSOPHY
The 7 Star Service for Butlers program, through its coterie of curated Digital Learning Boxes (DLB’s) as part of the Magnums Method, develops the ability to respond to guest needs and preferences quickly and meaningfully. Butlers learn to proactively identify and fulfil requirements to ensure consistent guest comfort and well-being. The program emphasises ability in service techniques while supporting sensitivity, promptness, and efficiency without overconfidence. It cultivates the true spirit of service.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
This Quality Ambassador TTT training provides effective tools for delivering the full, or abridged bespoke, 7 Star Service for Butlers programs while building confidence in the material presented. It enhances existing guest service skills, offers frameworks for measuring skills delivery, and ensures consistent, reliable training standards across all implementations.
