Our Butler Masterclass is on, again, in April, the dates have now been set
for Monday 15th April 2024 for 10 days through to Friday 26th April 2024.

This 10-day Intensive Butler Masterclass is invaluable, you will gain so
much from this program.

It is open to candidates wishing to become a butler, improve their skills, gain a certificate and well-recognized qualification. It is also of incredible value to anyone who is currently working in the Luxury SuperYacht (particularly for crew who wish to enhance their service levels and create a pathway for ‘Life After Yachting’) Palace, Luxury Chalet and Villa teams alike, the content of this program will include:

  • Butler Etiquette and Protocol

  • General Butler Service (Interpersonal Skills)

  • Providing Luxury Service and understanding your client.

  • Basic Household Management (Butler Service Management, SOP’s, Household Accounts, Staff Management, Leadership, Managing LuxuryProperties, Risk Assessment, Housekeeping Skills and Overview)

  • Valet Skills and Wardrobe Management, inc. Wardrobe Inventory Systems.

  • Butler Food & Beverage Service to include multiple service styles and ‘live’ lunches.

  • Floristry and Indoor Plant Management

  • Champagne, Wine, Spirit and Mixology studies

  • Luxury Service to inc. Caviar, Truffles, Cigars etc.

  • The fee will be €6000 per person to include all classroom tuition, with 4
    professional butler and yacht service instructors to guide you, and 10 Digital Learning Boxes (DLB’s) in line with our MAGNUMS METHOD™ (this method is the key to being able to cover so many topics & aspects of superb butler service, a Butler apron, white butler gloves.

  • Venue is Hotel Strélitzias, Juan Les Pins, France, accommodation is available at the hotel or there are plenty of other options locally. Closest airport is Nice, with a 30-minute taxi ride.

  • This program is limited to only a few places (4-6) to ensure that students gain as much as possible from this amazing Learning Experience, at the end of the program students are awarded a Magnums Academy certificate.

  • We offer an option to book and register with a 10% deposit with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to start of program.
